Ring crane for foreign customer

The electric bridge crane with a lifting column annular with loading capacity 20/5+5 t, intended for serving the foundry and changing the blast furnace sets, has been manufactured and shipped to the address of the foreign customer on 08.02.2018 for the first time. A feature of this crane is that it moves along two circular rails and the bridge, along with the standard truck; the lifting column equipped with a console, which, in its turn, is equipped with hook lifting mechanisms, turning and console extension. The manufactured crane expanded the range of complex metallurgical cranes manufactured by our company.

16.02.2017 «Kharkov Lifting & Transportation Equipment Plant», Ltd. shipped to foreign customers address the first of two ordered, semi-gantry crane electric special with capacity 2h130 tons. This shipment is a landmark for our company, because this crane is the first in a line of semi-gantry cranes of «Kharkov Lifting & Transportation Equipment Plant», Ltd. similar capacity.
This crane is designed for filling a converter and has two carriages which can move independently of each other. Because Crane has impressive dimensions: the crane height is 21,4m and weight - about 353 tons, the crane was shipped to 26 railway platforms.

The shop blooming PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" commissioned prattsenkran production of LLC "HZPTO". 

New сrane set on a plot of finished products warehouse and is registered under number 41. Сrane capacity - 16 tons. It made it in Kharkov. His task - fast moving, storage and shipment of blanks. Productive work shop and blooming mill depends on the stability сrane work. For crane operators created a comfortable working environment. Cabin of six layers made of cardboard and basalt bottom shield protected to avoid temperature rise inside. There are air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature. Established a comfortable anti-vibration seat, height-adjustable. Another advantage - the cabin with improved visibility. Currently, the new crane has successfully passed all tests and was involved in the work.

In the period from 22 to 30 September “Kharkov Lifting & Transportation Equipment Plant”, Ltd. shipped to the address of a foreign client two special Roadway electric cranes, hoisting capacity 50 / 10t., A span of 30,5m. and 39,5m., A7 mode of operation. A feature of these cranes is a design solution that is allowed to place the frequency of Siemens control system in the main beam of the crane. These cranes are designed to capture and transport of the metal strip in rolls with a horizontal axis.

20.06.2016 “Kharkov Lifting & Transportation Equipment Plant”, Ltd. visited an international committee of experts from the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Canada and Switzerland. During the meeting the inspection of manufactured products for the customer was held in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. The product has been manufactured according to the signed contract and meets the required quality and quantity .

            As negotiations on further mutually beneficial cooperation have been carried out .
